For other companies this is just rhetoric, but for us, on a day-to-day basis, it means:
Recommend the finest technology solution, even if it is a real challenge for our team.
Offer the hardware system that best suits the customer’s needs instead of the product with the highest commercial margin.
Instead of disregarding issues by invoking contract clauses, collaborate with any additional IT suppliers that our customer may have.
